Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Defective or Incorrect Items (Reporting Window)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please notify our support team via WhatsApp immediately.

  • Reported within 2 Days: We will arrange a complimentary 1-to-1 exchange at no additional cost to you.

  • Reported between 3 to 7 Days: For issues reported after the initial 48-hour window but within 7 days of delivery, an exchange can still be processed. However, a delivery & handling fee of $15 - $20 will apply to cover logistics.

2. Final Deadline

  • After 7 Days: Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any reason once 7 days have elapsed from the delivery date. We encourage all customers to inspect their items upon receipt.

To ensure the fastest resolution, we process all requests exclusively via WhatsApp. We strongly discourage email communication as it may lead to delays in response.

  • Items showing signs of intentional damage or unauthorized tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
